As coronavirus epidemic claims over 5,000 lives around the world, tech giant Google is working with the U.S. government to develop a coronavirus website. Today, Sundar Pichai confirmed in a tweet that Google has accelerated its work to help people stay safe, informed and connected, and that they are partnering with the U.S. government in developing a website dedicated to COVID-19 education, prevention, and local resources nationwide.
“We’ll be rolling out an initial version of the website late Monday, March 16, and we’ll continue to enhance and update it with more resources on an ongoing basis,” said Pichai in his statement.
